We recommend utilising a sales contractor for the selling of the packages.

Signage

Facilitation of quote process, copy layout, proof of final production and coordination of installation.

Liaison with relevant authorities.

Media Management

Booking of schedules, creation of copy material, proof of final production.

Provision of media release to relevant media outlets.

Liaison with media for on-the-day activities and sponsorship requirements.

Print Material

Facilitate the quote process, oversee production process, liaise with designer and printer.

Website development

Facilitate quote process, work with web designer, provide copy and oversee production.

Lead Generation

Creation of system to collect leads and referrals for potential sales.

12 Month Event Plan

• Introductory Free Consultation – 1 hr
• Brainstorming Session – 2hrs
• Development of draft plan – 3.5 hrs (provided in both spreadsheet with critical path and summary formats).
• Draft plan presentation and discussions – 2 hrs
• Follow up consultation to finalise plan – 1hr
• Follow up consultation to assess developments – 1 hr
