12 Month Promotional Plan

Suitable for the business that is too busy to plan its Marketing Strategy and wish us to plan it for them.

1. Free One hour Consultation:

We learn about your business, establish the type of business you want to attract and what you would like to achieve in the future. This consultation process helps us ascertain which communication media will be most appropriate and beneficial in reaching and retaining your target market.

2. Draft Marketing Strategy:

This includes objectives, actions and allowances across the board for all forms of communication including - Newspaper, Radio, Internet, Print material, Memberships, Events/Expos, direct targeting of existing client database, associates and business partners, sponsorship, directories/magazines and guides. We also include a weekly and monthly critical path and mind map for improved planning and a budget to track what is being spent on a monthly basis.

3. Presentation of the draft plan:

We discuss budgetary considerations or any other issues/ ideas that the client has and adjust the plan to suit the final objectives.

4. Present the finalised plan:

We present and finalise the plan and discuss the action needed to implement the plan. At this point clients can decide whether they require our assistance with implementation.

5. Follow up:

We follow up with the client, to talk more about the implementation process and assess progress if the client has already begun. This gives the client an opportunity to ask any further questions.
